The 2019-20 Fall Athletics Registration on FamilyID opened this morning at 8:00 AM. Students who wish to participate in a fall sport will need to register on FamilyID for their fall sport. Students and parents/guardians will need to complete the following to be able to participate:
1. The FamilyID registration.
2. PIAA Section 5 - Health History - must be signed and dated by the parent/guardian and student.
2. PIAA Section 6 - Physical Evaluation - must be signed and dated by a doctor. The date must be June 1, 2019 or later.
3. Pay the Participation Fee - students who participate in the free/reduced lunch program are exempt from participation fees.
4. Drug Screening (only students in grades 9-12) - there is a $30 fee for this screening. As with participation fees, students who are on free/reduced lunch are exempt. Drug screening dates and times will be made available in the near future.
5. Students entering grades 7, 9, 11 or who have a baseline concussion screening older than 2 years will need to complete the baseline concussion screening.
