On October 31, Dr. Grantz made a special chef appearance in Mrs. Leech’s room! Together, they peeled, chopped, and assembled a delicious apple crisp using apples from their recent community-based trip to Soergel’s.
During their visit, students learned fun facts about apples, shopped for their favorites, and even discovered how cider is made. What a sweet way to bring learning to life — from orchard to oven!
