This week, 5th graders from Knoch Intermediate participated in Manufacturing Days at our new Brayman Innovation Center in the high school. High schoolers guided the students in the use of 3d printers, laser engravers, large-format printers, and industrial equipment to create Knoch keychains. Students also visited the Family and Consumer Science department to discuss food safety and create hot chocolate bombs. Manufacturing Days allows the students to see the opportunities they will have in the future while noting the importance of manufacturing to the Butler area.
