Actress and writer Katie Fissore Burke, a Knoch High School Class of 2010 alumna, recently visited Mrs. Bronder’s Screenwriting class to speak with students about the art of character development in writing. Drawing from her experiences in film and storytelling, Burke shared insights into how writers create believable, compelling characters by exploring motivation, backstory, and emotional depth. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn firsthand about the creative process behind bringing characters to life on screen and on the page.
