Haydn Hughes recently earned the rank of Eagle through Boy Scout Troop 53 in Penn Township. For his project, Haydn completed a pickleball court, sidewalk, and parking spaces at Renfrew Park. Haydn is the son of Joe and Lisa Hughes of Penn Township.
