Knoch High School students received an etiquette course, along with a traditional afternoon tea at the Saxonburg Teahouse on Main after learning about England in International Foods. The tier tray included: Tomato Pesto Focaccia sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, gingerbread scones with clotted cream and honey, chocolate mousse tarts, and madaleines.
